We want to tell your story in a cinematic way using natural audio of key moments throughout the day, a captivating soundtrack, and beautiful cinematography. We know that your wedding day can be stressful, we don't want to add to any stress, we want your big day to be fun and exciting. We film in a photo-journalistic style, meaning we aren't controlling and we don't like to force things on the day. We aren't big on stiff, unnatural posing, but we may offer some direction during certain times during the Creative Session. We also work very well alongside photographers, which means that you'll look your best in your photos and video.

Absolutely not! First and foremost, I have immense respect for the marriage arrangement, and I wouldn't dare show up to your wedding looking like a slob. My rule of thumb is: If I get caught in the background of a photo, I want to blend in with the guests. - And we're discreet with our equipment as well.
-
We pride ourselves on how well we work alongside photographers. Before your wedding day even starts we begin game-planning how best to shoot different events at your wedding. About Our Booking Retainer
Our service starts well before the wedding day
Because Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime live events that don't get a "take two" if something goes wrong, we begin with a pre-production process.
We research the venues to determine filming logistics. This includes reviewing ceremony site photos, photos, and videos from previous weddings, visiting the venue location to find the best camera angles and lighting for your wedding ceremony, and internet connectivity for live streaming. We use this info to determine which equipment is right for your wedding.
Every wedding is different and we prepare accordingly. It's not uncommon for commercial video shoots to "location scout" areas before production starts to prevent costly re-shoots. You don't have the luxury of "re-shoots" for your wedding, that's why we take the responsibility of filming your wedding seriously.
We communicate with your vendors prior to the wedding. We research your photographer's photos and their way of working to collaborate on a game plan for filming your wedding without hiccups. We nail down the technical aspects of lighting and audio with your venue contact and your DJ/band to make sure you and your VIPs giving toasts look and sound like a million bucks.
We reserve our team of editors for your wedding. Because many weddings often occur around the same general time or season, this allows us to begin editing quickly and efficiently.
